Interested in H.A.W.X 2, but just don’t know if its a buy? As much as Wingman709 goes crazy over this game, I don’t blame you for checking it out first. Instead of renting it, you will be able to play the demo come Monday (tomorrow… August 16th). So why don’t you give the game a try? Even though the achievements were totally glitched in the first one.

Did you watch the Video Game Awards? Did you marvel see this game trailer? Well now you can play it even though it isn’t set to release until next year thanks to 2K’s beta sign up form here. They will be accepting applications throughout the beta so make sure to get yours in, and if it starts, don’t worry they will continue to grow the population until they announce on the site that it is closed to new players. So go ahead, sign up, so we can do an FNL!

Title says it all, in case you were already bored of NCAA 11 (which you will be by then). I personally can not wait for Madden. For other reasons than just to play it.

For the two people interested in Kane & Lynch 2, you can download the demo come July 1st, as long as you meet the following criteria: You live in the UK or Ireland, and you post “Token Request” to the YouTube channel for Kane & Lynch 2 here. You have till June 30th to get your request in, and July 2nd to tell me how awesome the game is since the US has not been given a demo date. The full game ships out August 24th in the US, and August 27th in Europe.

Well blow me down.  I am shocked by this and wonder if this is the start of something new coming to demo’s.  Regardless, if you play the demo of Crackdown 2 coming out on Monday June 21st, you will be able to unlock 100 of the 1,000 achievement points in the game.

Now I can hear you all right now.  You are calling me a lier, saying I am full of some stinky brown stuff, and some other things that I can’t write here.  But if you won’t take my word for it, perhaps you will believe the following from Gamespot.  Enjoy.

UPDATE:  Just to make it clear, you don’t actually unlock them until you put the retail version of the game in your Xbox 360.  You can “achieve” them in the demo, but they won’t actually show up until you put the retail game in your Xbox.  Hope that clears things up.

For those of you looking forward to Mafia 2 in a couple months, we will get our first real taste of the game come August when Take-Two decides to drop a demo on the Xbox Live Marketplace. The game releases on August 24, but it will be nice to see part of the game before that. Looking forward to it!

We have some great news if you have an Xbox Life silver account. Shacknews reports that the Reach beta will be open to Xbox Live Silver members starting next week on May 14th. So if you have a copy of ODST you will get your chance to play until May 17th, which is 2 days before it closes for everyone else.

This was a little surprising to me, but I’m glad that Silver members will be on. It gives me a better chance since they will be a little rusty online. Enjoy and happy hunting!

It’s a bit hard to believe the long-delayed Splinter Cell: Conviction will actually be out soon. If you needed something tangible as proof, you could always try the Xbox Live demo of the game, due out this week.

It’ll be released on March 18, which is this Thursday. Two levels from the game are playable, though they’re not successive sequences, the action skipping around in order to avoid any potential plot spoilers.

First let me explain that the 3.5 million is the total number of downloads from both the 360 and PS3. Also demo downloads does not guarantee a purchases, but DICE should be very excited for the upcoming release. I just wanted to share the news since the franchise is one of my favorites. Anyone picking this up?

You all know that Crackdown 2 is set to release this year (WooHoo) and many of you along with myself are wondering if it will live up to the previous title.  Well, thankfully we will be getting a demo prior to release so we can play a little bit of this anticipated sequel before we drop down our pre-order money.

Producer James Cope stated that the orb collection system has been revamped adding new types of Orbs for Agility and Driving skills.  Not only that, but The Agency now has the ability to fly.

OH HECK YEAH.  I don’t need a demo anymore.  Just give me some helicopters and allow me to carry my coop buddies around town as they blow stuff up and I will be happy.  WOOT.

The demo of the sequel of Army of Two (the game we all know and hate because of its region cap),  Army Of Two: The 40th Day will release this Thursday, December 17th. Most of the very first mission will be playable.
