’)Hello everyone! I want to welcome you to This Xbox Life, a blog about your, my, and our life with the Xbox. My name is Brun “bjswick33″ and I am the creator of This Xbox Life. Some of you may have heard me on Xbox Podcast, were I was a host for a little over a year. Along with Mark “wingman709″ and Kyle “moroniccow”, we brought a weekly podcast on everything Xbox. Due to my restricted schedule I needed to hang up podcasting and now I’m here. Wing and Cow are going to move on and continue releasing the podcast goodness so head over here to check them out.
Along with This Xbox Life, I’m going to continue to work with the Xbox Podcast group by reviewing the weekly XBLA releases. I will be posting my thoughts here, but will be creating a quick 3-5 minute audio review that will be featured in the podcast.
With This Xbox Life I’m going to write about just about anything Xbox and maybe when the time is right I can start a new podcast of my own. This would depend highly on my schedule and I want to make sure I’m not cheating myself or anyone who is willing to listen! The site is open for comments, but please add your name if you can. I know it’s optional, but I will be reviewing each one and comments that are anonymous may be deleted. You will also see some changes with the site from time to time. It’s still a work in progress, so if you have any suggestions please leave a comment or contact me at contact@thisxboxlife.com.
For the those who are wondering, the site is using WordPress and is currenly hosted at DreamHost. I’m using the Massive News Theme created by Jason Schuller, WPelements.com, but will be making a few updates and changes to personalized it for me. Well that is about it for the first post. I hope you enjoy the site and I’ll see you on Xbox Live!

Hello there Brun. I must say, very nice job on the website and an awesome job on the reviews this week. They will be put into episode 63 which will be released tomorrow (July 1).

Awesome job on the Website, looks real nice! I can see myself visiting often to give my 2 cents about Xbox in general, and obviously hearing what you and others have to say. Keep up the great work and I will look forward to upcoming things in the future of this site!

I need to go a little work with the right side. I would like to get a list of sites that I visit and support. I’ll make sure to add everyone. I also would like to get my twitter on there.
